GREAT SCOTT! In quite possibly the biggest sneaker news of this short decade so far, Nike will announce the official release of the most coveted sneaker in history… “Back To The Future” Nike Air Mag! These sneaks made famous by Marty McFly in 1989′s “Back to the Future” Part II, feature a super-high cut, light-up effects in the sole, and most importantly, the self-lacing system (see vid at bottom).
In the latest developments, Michael J. Fox will be on the Late Show with David Letterman tonight. He’ll be making a special announcement tonight and coincidentally Nike is having a special “It’s About Time” event (invites from Dr. Emmet Brown) is tonight in LA at 8:30 pm. We all know what the news will be, but he’ll go in-depth on the release that everyone’s been looking forward to for 22 years.
We just want to see how crazy these joints are! And if Nike holds true to the OG from the film… this will be the biggest Sneaker in Sneaker History.
